1. Acceptance of Terms


By accessing or using X-Code, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the application.


2. Description of Service

X-Code is a mobile-based code editor powered by Monaco Editor that allows users to create, edit, and manage code files locally on their device.

User Responsibilities

You agree that:

- You will use the app only for lawful purposes.

- You will not use X-Code to create, store, or distribute malicious, illegal, or harmful content.

- You are solely responsible for the files you create, edit, or store using the app.


Permissions

X-Code may request the following permissions:

- Full Storage Access – to read, write, and manage files on your device.

- Internet & Network Access – to load editor resources and display ads.

By granting these permissions, you allow the app to function as intended.

Ads and Monetization

X-Code uses third-party advertising services (such as Google AdMob). Ads may be displayed during app usage. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, and application design belong to X-Code. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.


Limitation of Liability

X-Code is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not responsible for:

- Data loss

- File corruption

- Any direct or indirect damages arising from app usage

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if users violate these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.

  Used to read and write code files on your device.

  Used for loading Monaco editor resources and serving ads.

We use third-party services such as:
